Correlations are single numbers that shows the degree of relationship between two variables. Correlation Matrices list individual correlations between any two sets of variables. Correlation values range from -1 to 1, with -1 having the least correlation and 1 having the most. Above the calculated protein correlation matrix for phage T7 is shown.
